Extended Hours Surgeries
Appointments to see the Doctor during the “Extended Hours Surgeries” on Monday's 6.30pm-8.00pm and early Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings from 7.30am-8.00am.
They are intended for patients who have booked in advance because they are unable to attend during normal opening times through other commitment
When We Are Closed
When the surgery is closed (between 6.30pm and 8am Monday to Friday, all day Sat & Sun and every Bank Holiday) please telephone 111 - the Out of Hours service.
You may speak to a Doctor for advice, a triage nurse or be offered a consultation at their Emergency Patient Care Centre at Poole Hospital. If you are too ill to attend then a home visit may be offered. If you are using a pay phone, please have several coins available.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
Upcoming Practice Training Dates
The practice will be closed for mandatory training on the following dates.
