Repeat Prescriptions

pharmacistOnce authorised by your Doctor, requests for repeat prescriptions may be made, by telephone, by post or personally at the Surgery. At both surgeries there is a prescription box in the entrance. Prescriptions may be collected or posted to you (SAE please). Where possible, please allow 48 hours notice. When repeat prescriptions have been set up, you will be issued with a computer code. Please refer to this or, better still, send in the counterfoil from your last repeat prescription, ticking the items you need.

The two local Canford Heath Chemists have introduced a prescription collection service, where you drop in your computer slip to the Chemist and then pick up your tablets from them three days later.

With our automatic telephone service, it is now possible to leave requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone. Please be clear in your requests, referring to the drugs you require by name and not by colour, size, shape taste or smell!!
